Free Restaurant Business Plan Outline

All you need to follow the restaurant business plan outline, on the one hand, and as per section:

1. Title page-contact info

2. Abstract-what, where, who, as needed

3. Business Operations location, hours, activities, owners, consultants, vendors

4. Concept-menu and atmosphere

5. Market-demographics of the area and the expected customer profiles

6. The competition-who are against

7. Marketing-how to find and attract customers to the location

8. Managing who you are, your experience

9. Finance-as needed, which will be spent on, sales forecasts, costs and profits in the first three years

10. Extras-anything else on the website, menu, leasing, resumes, etc., that support their claims

That’s all. You do not have to go 20, 30 or more pages to it. You do not have to spend months writing.

Of course, if you’re not sure where to get some of this information, it helps to have a package that shows you exactly where to find everything.

More important than the plan, however, are financial. The plan may be a work of art, but if the numbers do not make sense it does not matter. You can pay a CPA to prepare them for you, but it will take at least $ 1,000 and will not include changes and updates.
